Frequently asked questions
Q.01Do I need to ship my products to you?
No. Because the images are created with AI, there are no samples, couriers or customs. Phone photos of each product, its dimensions and a note on materials are enough to get started.
Q.02Will the images look real and match my product?
Yes, that is the whole point of the art direction. Every product is checked piece by piece against your references: shape, colour, materials and logo. If something does not match the real product, it is fixed before delivery.
Q.03Are the images ready for Amazon and Shopify?
Yes. Main images are delivered on a pure white background, with the product filling most of the frame and over 1,600 px for Amazon zoom. For Shopify, WooCommerce or marketplaces, files come in the sizes and ratios each platform needs.
Q.04How do we communicate?
In writing, by email. You fill in a short brief, review the test images and send feedback whenever it suits you. Every decision is documented, so nothing gets lost between time zones, and you get a reply within one business day.
Q.05How much does it cost and how do I pay?
Projects start at €1,800 for a catalogue of up to 30 product photos. The quote is fixed before we start: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, by bank transfer. I can also invoice in US dollars.
Q.06Who owns the images?
You do. On final payment I assign you the usage rights to the delivered images for web, social media, ads and print, with no time limit.
