Esta licencia se aplica a las tipografías GB Monolito, GB Corte, GB Reticula y
GB Hormigon (en adelante, "las Fuentes") adquiridas en gastonbruno.es.

1. QUÉ PUEDES HACER
Al comprar las Fuentes recibes una licencia no exclusiva, mundial y perpetua
que te permite:
  · Escritorio: instalarlas en todos los ordenadores de tu persona, estudio o
    empresa, sin límite de usuarios.
  · Web: usarlas en cualquier número de webs mediante @font-face (WOFF2),
    sin límite de visitas.
  · Apps y software: incrustarlas en aplicaciones, videojuegos y productos
    digitales.
  · Redes, vídeo y emisión: anuncios, motion graphics, cine, TV, streaming.
  · Publicidad, packaging, editorial, cartelería, merchandising y productos
    para la venta (camisetas, carteles, libros…).
  · Logotipos y marcas: puedes usarlas en logotipos y registrarlos como marca.
  · Clientes: usarlas en trabajos para terceros. Tu cliente puede usar las
    piezas finales; si necesita instalar las Fuentes, debe adquirir su
    propia licencia.
  · Documentos electrónicos (PDF, ebooks) con las Fuentes incrustadas.

2. QUÉ NO PUEDES HACER
  · Vender, regalar, compartir, sublicenciar o redistribuir los archivos de
    las Fuentes, ni modificados ni sin modificar.
  · Ofrecerlas como fuente seleccionable en herramientas donde terceros puedan
    escribir su propio texto (generadores de logos, editores online,
    plantillas editables para la venta, servicios de impresión a la carta).
    Para esos usos, escríbenos.
  · Atribuirte la autoría de las Fuentes.

3. MODIFICACIONES
Puedes modificar los contornos para un logotipo o una pieza concreta. No
puedes distribuir una fuente derivada.

4. PROPIEDAD
Las Fuentes son propiedad de Hummo Studio SLU. La licencia te concede derechos
de uso, no la propiedad del software.

5. GARANTÍA Y RESPONSABILIDAD
Las Fuentes se entregan "tal cual". Si encuentras un error, escríbenos y lo
corregiremos sin coste en una actualización.

6. FIN DE LA LICENCIA
La licencia termina si incumples estas condiciones. En ese caso deberás
eliminar los archivos de las Fuentes. Las piezas publicadas antes del
incumplimiento pueden seguir en uso.

7. LEY APLICABLE
Esta licencia se rige por la legislación española.

This license applies to the typefaces GB Monolito, GB Corte, GB Reticula and
GB Hormigon ("the Fonts") purchased at gastonbruno.es.

1. WHAT YOU CAN DO
You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to:
  · Desktop: install them on every computer of your person, studio or
    company, unlimited users.
  · Web: use them on any number of websites via @font-face (WOFF2),
    unlimited pageviews.
  · Apps & software: embed them in apps, games and digital products.
  · Social, video & broadcast: ads, motion graphics, film, TV, streaming.
  · Advertising, packaging, editorial, signage, merchandise and products for
    sale (t-shirts, posters, books…).
  · Logos & trademarks: use them in logos and register them as trademarks.
  · Clients: use them in work for third parties. Your client may use the
    final artwork; if they need to install the Fonts they must purchase
    their own license.
  · Electronic documents (PDF, ebooks) with embedded Fonts.

2. WHAT YOU CANNOT DO
  · Sell, give away, share, sublicense or redistribute the font files,
    modified or unmodified.
  · Offer them as a selectable font in tools where third parties type their
    own text (logo generators, online editors, editable templates for sale,
    print-on-demand services). Contact us for these uses.
  · Claim authorship of the Fonts.

3. MODIFICATIONS
You may modify the outlines for a logo or a specific piece of artwork. You
may not distribute a derived font.

4. OWNERSHIP
The Fonts are the property of Hummo Studio SLU. This license grants usage
rights, not ownership of the software.

5. WARRANTY & LIABILITY
The Fonts are provided "as is". If you find a bug, write to us and we will
fix it free of charge in an update.

6. TERMINATION
This license terminates if you breach these terms. You must then delete the
font files. Artwork published before the breach may remain in use.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This license is governed by Spanish law.
